The mission of the Blair County Health and Welfare Council is to promote the general health and welfare of Blair County residents. Provide education and information to the public on health and human service needs, services, and resources.

Promote coordination and collaboration of community services and resources among council members. Conduct studies to identify and evaluate health and human service needs, services, and resources.
